On January 16, 2021, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia H.E. Faig Guliyev held meeting with EUGBC Secretary General, Zviad Chumburidze and Executive Director Girogi Kacharava.

During the meeting the sides discussed the ways for the development bilateral trade and economic cooperation, emphasizing the importance of joining efforts of EU-Georgia Business Council (EUGBC) and Azerbaijani Businessmen’s Association (AZEBI) within the framework of Memorandum on Cooperation signed during “Georgia -Azerbaijan Business Forum” held on March 5, 2020 in Tbilisi.

They also stressed the significance of further intensification of visits and joint events for the business sector representatives and exchanged ideas on this topic.
