On May 27, Zviad Chumburidze, Secretary General of EU-Georgia Business Council and Giorgi Kacharava, EUGBC Executive Director took part at the 15^th Meeting of the Investors Council chaired by Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia in the format of a video conference today.

Assessment of the impact caused by COVID-19 on the economy of the country, process of economic recovery in the post-pandemic period, attraction of foreign direct investments (FDI) were among the topics of discussion at the meeting.

Vazil Hudák, Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of Georgia on matters related to FDI participated in the meeting for the first time. He noted that active work will continue towards this end.
