On September 28, Gela Dumbadze, the State Minister of Georgia for Diaspora Issues met with Zviad Chumburidze, the Secretary-General of the EU-Georgia Business Council. The meeting was attended by Nina Matiashvili, Chief Adviser to State Minister.

The State Minister presented activities of the Office to Zviad Chumburidze. Special attention was paid to economic trends, investment and to promote the active involvement of Diaspora into the ongoing processes. Discussions focused the Economic Forum on October 13 and the participation of the Secretary General of the EU-Georgia Business Council. Gela Dumbadze, and Zviad Chumburidze discussed the cooperation prospects and scheduled signing of the Memorandum between the two institutions.
