On 25 February 2014, EUGBC Secretary General, Ambassador Zviad Chumburide participated in a TV program “Investor” on Georgian channel TV3. The “Investor” is a weekly TV program aimed at discussing different investment opportunities both in Georgia and from Georgia. The program was targeted to discussing the Association Agreement (AA) and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) with the European Union and challenges those agreements may bring to Georgia.

Ambassador Chumburidze on his part reviewed the EUGBC activities and the role it may play on the way of implementing the DCFTA in partnership with the public and private sectors.

Some of the EUGBC activities including establishment of the “Council of Experts” on DCFTA issues, making publications/information bulletins, organizing exhibitions and promoting economic ties through various activities including organizing the visits of the business representatives to European countries, etc. was also discussed with the TV3 journalist Mrs. LelaTsiklauri.
