EUGBC Secretary General Zviad Chumburidze met with the Expert, Ketevan Lapachi. During the meeting Agreement on Cooperation with EUGBC “Experts’ Council” was signed by Ms. Ketevan Lapachi at EUGBC office on September 25, 2014.
