Dentons announce promotions in Tbilisi office
Dentons is happy to announce that Neli Tsivtsivadze has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Tbilisi office.
Having worked with the firm since 2012, Neli Tsivtsivadze has vast experience of acting on major capital markets transactions handled by the firm. She is the lead assistant on all our capital markets transactions since 2017, including advising Silknet on its debut Rule 144A/Reg S bond issue of US$300 million 8.375% bonds due in 2027, JP Morgan on issuance of US$250 million Eurobond by Georgia Global Utilities (GGU) and TBC Bank on issuance of US$300 million Eurobonds listed simultaneously on Irish and Georgian Stock Exchanges. Most recently, Neli worked on a US$ 80 million first-ever green secured bond offering by GRPO, representing ADB, IFC and FMO, anchor investors.
Neli also has extensive expertise in financing and telecommunications transactions, as well as significant experience in dispute cases.

In addition, the firm is pleased to introduce two other promotions in Tbilisi office.
Lela Basilaia has been promoted to Associate. Prior to joining Dentons she was Legal Counsel at Georgian International Arbitration Center. Lela is a Visiting Lecturer at BTU (Business and Technology University), Georgia. She interned at Tax Law Clinic Studies at Chicago-Kent Law Offices in 2017.
Nino Pkhovelishvili has been promoted to Junior Associate. Prior to joining Dentons she was a paralegal at another law firm and Legal Assistant at New Vision University.
