On December 12, “EU-Georgia Business Council” organized a meeting with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, H.E. Mr. Petr Mykiska.

The meeting was held at The Embassy of the Czech republic and attended by the representatives of member companies of council, from various business sectors.

The abovementioned meeting was of an introductory character and aimed to discuss the development of Georgian-Czech future business perspectives.


  On December  9, EUGBC management and the Member companies attended the event organized by the ministry of Finance of Georgia. The minister Mr. Ivane Matchavariani delivered an annual report on activities held during the 2019 and present information of VAT reform.

Conference – “Black Sea – Georgia’s Opportunities and Challenges” was  organized by  “EU-Georgia Business Council”, on December 6, 2019.

The general partners of the event were PRIME MARINE, APM TERMINALS, PACE GROUP, ANAKLIA DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM and the partners – BDO AND TURKON Line.

Gurtiad has become a new member of EUGBC

Georgian  and  Turkish  Businessmen  Association    GÜRTİAD  was  found  in  1999.  Main purpose of founding association was to create a bridge between Georgian and Turkish entrepreneurs, to facilitate them in dialogue with the public sector and to establish transparent   and   favorable   investment   environment.    Continue reading
