Old pipes trenchless replacement with new ones might be implemented during underground communications repair works in the city or within the territories the factories. Developed technology gives opportunity to replace steel, cast iron and non-metal pipes (diameter 100 mm to 350 mm) of plastic pipes (diameter 160 mm to 400 mm) using a trenchless method to change.

Technology essence lies in the fact that special nozzle-expansion tool is installed on the crack mechanism, which is attached to the entrance well. The car joins the air permeable pipe and cable winch (the “rope thrown over”), which will pass through the pipeline for changing the station.

While changing movement of the device in the pipeline, expansion breaks it, rams all the fragments into the ground and injects new pipeline into the formed hole, which increases accordingly into the entrance well.
