We would like to introduce to you HeidelebergCement social responsibility project TbilisiMarathon 2017
“TbilisiMarathon” is a grand international event dedicated simultaneously to establishing healthy lifestyle in Georgia and to charity contribution. 

The half marathon is organized by Heidelbergcement under the aegis of Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, Tbilisi City Hall, National Tourism Administration and Embassy of Germany in Georgia. Both amateurs and professionals can participate in the half marathon and 10K races.
Tbilisimarathon is being held fairly, with full compliance to international standards, since results of the race is counted by the traditional partner – German Company “mika timing” with internationally recognized “Official Timekeeping and Data Processing” system.
From 2015, TbilisiMarathon is also listed as an official member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS). As a result, the race is the first in Caucasus, to hold the international status and therefore, the winners’ results are accredited worldwide.
The 6th TbilisiMarathon will be held on October 22, 2017 in Tbilisi city center! The funds raised from the registration will doubled by HeidelbergCement and transferred to the beneficiary.

TbilisiMarathon 2017 will include 4 different races:
• Half Marathon (21,097km) – registration fee – 20 GEL
• 10k Run – registration fee – 15 GEL
• Relay Race – registration fee – 100 GEL
• Kids’ Run (500m run for 6-10 age and 1000m run for 11-15 age groups)
