We are pleased to announce the hire of associate Darejan Beridze to the team in Tbilisi. In her new role, Darejan will focus on project finance, banking, commercial disputes and general commercial transactions.

Darejan graduated from Bucerius Law School with an LL.M in Law and Business with a specialization in Arbitration, the major fields of study being: International Arbitration, M&A/Corporate Finance, IP Law, Insolvency, Restructuring, Business & Management.

Before Bucerius Law School, Darejan served as Counsel at Georgian American Alloys Management and Georgian Manganese for over 2 years, where her work focused on diverse areas of law including corporate law, tax, international trade, FCPA, environmental and labour law, commercial disputes and arbitration.

Prior to joining Dentons’ Tbilisi office, Darejan worked as an International Trainee in Allen & Overy’s Frankfurt office. “We are welcoming Darejan onboard, she will make an excellent addition to our team.” said Otar Kipshidze, Managing Partner of Dentons Georgia.
