BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) Ltd. Georgia announces public bid for the provision of following scopes:

• CAMP MANAGEMENT AND CATERING SERVICES FOR BP GEORGIA  REMOTE FACILITIES
• CAMP MAINTENNACE SERVICES FOR BP GEORGIA REMOTE FACILITIES

Applicant  can express interest for both scopes independently or for the full package as well.

SCOPE 1 – CAMP MANAGEMENT AND CATERING SERVICES FOR BP GEORGIA  REMOTE FACILITIES

Applicant shall accomplish delivery of fully sustainable and uninterrupted provisions of self-performed or sub-contracted 3rd party services (as required), within the Scope of Services, that INCLUDES:

• Provision of catering services
• Provision of lodging Services
• Provision of all necessary catering and lodging supplies (i.e. crockery / cutlery / bed linen / towels / soft furnishings) to carry out the service
• Cleaning services
• Laundry Services
• Recreation services management
• Waste collection and segregation
• Provision of indoor housekeeping Services
• Hotel/ Guesthouse Management
• People on Board (POB) management

Pest Control Services

SCOPE REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant shall have specific Food Safety Management System for provision of catering services in accordance with international standards such as ISO 22000:2005 or equivalent. Food Safety Management System (FSMS) shall cover, but not be limited to: HACCP, food safety policy, PRP programs (Prerequisite programs), Verification of FSMS, Validation of control measure combinations, Internal assurance program
• Applicant shall have minimum 2-year experience in provision of catering and accommodation services
• HSE and quality management systems
• Applicant shall take on the responsibility of ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations, norms and guidelines, as defined in ISO 14001’s Environmental Management System.

SCOPE 2 – CAMP MAINTENNACE SERVICES FOR BP GEORGIA REMOTE FACILITIES

SERVICES: Applicant shall accomplish delivery of fully sustainable and uninterrupted provisions of self-performed or sub-contracted 3rd party services (as required), within the Scope of Services, that INCLUDES:

• Provision of routine operation, inspection and maintenance of all buildings and utilities, equipment covered under scope of work through work management system
• Operation, corrective and preventive maintenance of the camp and site buildings and the utilities: generators, water treatment plant, sewage treatment Plant, heating and cooling system, electrical systems and appliances, drainage system and reed bed, fire alarm system, diesel distribution system, accommodation industrial equipment, various types of civil and mechanical works
• Providing in-house servicing, repairs and care of facilities and camps covered under scope of work
• Provision indoor and outdoor and adjacent area refurbishment and repair works
• Provision of indoor, outdoor and adjacent areas housekeeping services including site / Camp access path cleaning (in winter snow cleaning and salt spreading to keep all path/ walkways safe), grass cutting and weeds removal
• Waste collection and segregation per international waste management standard
• Tele-communication and internet service provision and maintenance at all camps
• Pest Control Services- provided by a company holding state license: disinfection, disinsection, deratization, wasps and wasp nests chemical control; wasp nests removal, weeds chemical control, snake control and removal, etc.

 SCOPE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Applicant shall have its own established maintenance and work management system
• Applicant shall have minimum 2-year-experience in provision of civil and maintenance services
• HSE and quality management systems
• Applicant shall take on the responsibility of ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations, norms and guidelines, as defined in ISO 14001’s Environmental Management System.

Each Applicant must meet the following initial selection criteria:

1. With respect to services in Georgia, a legal entity shall be incorporated and registered in Georgia.

• The subject scope is Core activity for applicant and has been operating in the relevant field of business for over two (2) years prior to the date of the tender/bid announcement.
• During the two (2) financial years preceding the date of the tender, has had an annual turnover of >USD150,000, or its equivalent in GEL.

1. Applicant shall have local service provision experience in the bided field.

The Applicant is requested to submit data/evidence meeting the above initial selection criteria. Applicants failing to meet the minimum criteria shall not be considered further.
