KPMG Georgia published updated Crane Index Q4 2017

Welcome to the updated Crane index 4Q 2017, prepared by KPMG Georgia.
The first edition of the Tbilisi Crane Index was published earlier in 2017 based on the survey carried out in the first quarter of 2017 and was very well received.

KPMG received many comments on the first edition from business associations, real estate developers, large business groups, members of the Government and from the Diplomatic Corps, which encouraged the KPMG team to update the findings.

The Q4 report shows a 9.3% increase in the number of cranes in Tbilisi to an amazing 117 cranes with most of the increase coming in the residential segment. Vake becomes the leading district in Tbilisi (over-taking Saburtalo) with all but one districts showing an increase.
