EUGBC meetings in Brussels at DG TRADE and DG NEAR
On November 3, 2022, within the framework of the Georgian Business Delegation visit to Brussels organized by EU-Georgia Business Council,
Ambassador Zviad Chumburidze, EUGBC Secretary General, Nick Gvinadze, EUGBC Board Director and Giorgi Kacharava EUGBC Executive Director held a meetings at the European Commission with Ignacio IRUARRIZAGA DÍEZ, Head of Unit, Europe and Eastern Partnership, DG TRADE and Michael A. Rupp, Head of Sector – Eastern Partnership Georgia and the Black Sea Synergy, DG NEAR.
Among the discussed issues at the meetings were the ways to reap full benefits from DCFTA and issues related to the implementation of EU/Georgia Association Agreement, as well as future cooperation possibilities within “The Black Sea Platform” project initiated by EUGBC.
