On December 21 EU-Georgia Business Council held the presentation of a special Energy Commission established under EUGBC umbrella.

The main purpose of the Commission is to attract investments and work on the issue of exporting electricity generated in Georgia to foreign countries. The representatives of EUGBC and energy sector discussed existing situation in the Georgian energy sector, as well as, its perspectives and challenges. More than 30 energy companies’ representatives attended the meeting.
