Meeting of EUGBC Board of Directors was held on June 2, 2014. Following Directors took part in the meeting: Emmanuel Haton, Chairman of the Board (BP), David Lee (Magticom), Second Vice-Chairman of the Board, Nick Gvinadze from Gvinadze & Partners, John Braeckeveldt from Gosselin Group and David Loladze from Qatar Airways. Following guests attended the meeting: Arild Dyrseth, General Manager, South Caucasus Pipeline Company, Khatuna Murgulia (Statoil), Zviad Chumburidze (EUGBC); Tamar Khuntsaria (EUGBC) and Valerian Gvalia (EUGBC).

The meeting addressed several strategic issues to EUGBC.
