Giorgi Kacharava, EUGBC Executive Director took part in the 11 th meeting of the EU-Georgia Civil Society Platform (CSP) held on 8th of June, 2023 in Tbilisi

The meeting was attended by the representatives of civil society of EU and Georgia who simultaneously are the members of the abovementioned platform.

 During the meeting, a debate focused on assessing the implementation of the priorities outlined by the European Commission and the state of play of the implementation of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement/DCFTA. The Platform
also discussed the implementation of the Chapter 14 on Employment, social policy and equal opportunities, as well as media freedom and depolarisation, and the mobility of Georgian workers.

A joint declaration, prepared by both sides, has been also discussed and adopted.
